In the beginning, we'll invite you to a shared Pinterest board where you can pin images, styles, colors, and anything else inspiring your home design. This gives our team insight into the look and feel you're going for, while allowing us to contribute our expertise.

After our initial consultation, we will schedule a "Design Meet & Greet" meeting. This meeting is a great opportunity for us to get to know you better, and for you to meet our design team. Other members of our team may also join in to introduce themselves. Our team is highly collaborative and we are dedicated to being hands-on with your project. During this meeting, we will discuss all of your non-negotiable requirements as well as a wish list of things that you have always wanted in your home. Our team is passionate about making the impossible happen, so even if some of your wishes seem a little out there, we will do our best to make them a reality.

In your next meeting, we will be delving into the plan design. The architectural designer will present you with the blueprints for your home. It's crucial that you express your honest opinions about what you like and what you want to modify. This will enable us to create the ideal home that meets all of your needs and preferences. Our designer will present you with mood boards and layflats displaying all the beautiful selections that were discussed in the initial "Meet & Greet" meeting. Additionally, our designer will be introducing some new and exciting ideas to further enhance the design.
Detailed Design Meetings
3-6 meetings, depending on project size
Review of all design elements, from large to small:
Major elements: Tile, cabinets, lighting, flooring, paint colors, finishes
Fine details: Doorknobs, faucet finishes, backsplash patterns, trim details
Team provides guidance for cohesive design
Presentation of all possible options
Depending on the size of your project, you can expect 3-6 design meetings where we will review every single detail, from the largest to the smallest. The big elements like tile, cabinets, lighting, flooring, paint colors, and finishes will be decided. But also all of the finer points like doorknobs, faucet finishes, backsplash patterns, and trim details. Our role is to provide guidance and ensure all your selections work together cohesively. We'll provide advice, weigh pros and cons, and ensure you get to see all possible options firsthand.
Hands-On Experience
Visits to showrooms for difficult decisions

For items that clients have a hard time making a decision on, we will send you to the showrooms so you can see the offerings in person. Being able to touch and examine choices makes decision making much easier. The hands-on experience also gives you a chance to ask detailed questions directly to manufacturers.
