At Style & Structure, we are dedicated to not only building exceptional homes, but providing an unparalleled customer experience. That's why we are thrilled to introduce Stacie Hauer, our Customer Service Specialist who embodies the caring, knowledgeable approach that sets us apart.
A People-First Philosophy
From the moment you connect with Stacie, you'll be struck by her warm, genuine demeanor and commitment to understanding your unique needs and vision. With a background immersed in the homebuilding world, she has walked in your shoes and understands the significance of this journey.
Stacie's first taste of the industry came from working at the Stonemill Farms Information Center in Woodbury, as well as for a builder during the Parade of Homes event. However, her most formative experience was constructing her own previous home in Inver Grove Heights with her husband Dan.
"Going through that process myself gave me such an appreciation for what homebuyers experience - the excitement, the unknowns, all the decisions." Stacie reflects. "I loved every step, and it ignited my passion for wanting to be a helpful guide for others."
A Lifetime of Preparation
While her professional background groomed Stacie for this role, it's her innate warmth, patience, and ability to put people at ease that truly set her apart. Crediting her 8-year-old daughter Lela and 4-year-old son Moses as her greatest teachers, Stacie has honed the skill of listening and communicating in a simple and understandable way.
"As a homeschooling mom, I've learned that explaining something with excitement and fun helps make another person feel comfortable which is so important," she shares. "It's a skillset that directly translates to my work at Style & Structure."
The Foundation of Family
When she's not at the office, you'll likely find Stacie enjoying quality time with her loved ones. She met her husband Dan, who is a Master Electrician at Randy's Electric, when they were both students in junior high at New Life Academy in Woodbury, MN.
Some of the Hauers' favorite activities include visiting grandparents, going for walks, playing at playgrounds and parks, catching a movie together, or venturing on family trips to places like Florida, Chicago, and Door County in Wisconsin. However, Stacie's favorite outings are the simple ones.
"My perfect day is starting with a cup of coffee, reading a good book snuggled in a blanket, baking chocolate chip cookies and spending the day with my family and finishing with some yummy ice cream!"
A Woman of Diverse Interests & Passions
In between those cozy family times, Stacie pursues a variety of passions and interests. An avid reader and baker, she also prioritizes physical wellness through regular exercise classes at Altius in Stillwater, MN. Above all, her faith is pivotal, leading her to serve and volunteer at church.
